Adobe Extension Manager CC says extension requires Photoshop 15.0 or higher. #13

I have Adobe Photoshop CC and I used the 64bit version on my Windows 8.1 (Pro) computer. I have Adobe Extension Manager CC installed and when I try to install tychpanel_cc.zxp I get an error message that states: "This extension can not be installed, it requires Photoshop version 15.0 or greater."

I have Photoshop 14.2.1 x64 installed and there are no updates available from Adobe that would bump it up to 15.0 or greater. Can anyone help me figure out what I might be missing? Is there a 15.0 available for MAC or should I try the cs.zxp file instead?

Version 15 means Photoshop CC 2014.

For versions below 15 (including Photoshop CC) please use the CS version.
