You have to run Photoshop 2021 as an admin first.
In terminal type: sudo /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2021/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2021.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2021
That will launch photoshop as admin and allow you to install it. After installation just restart photoshop and they are under file -> scripts.
I haven't figured out how to get the panels up yet, but this is a decent work around.
allow you to install it.
which installer do you use for CC 2021 or 2022?
allow you to install it.

The most current cc one available. I can't seem to get the panels to show up, but I do have the menu options which work ok.
Adobe is phasing out the panels.I recommend setting up keyboard shortcuts for the scripts found in File > Scripts.
