I have create a tutorial-km.md to docs/Tutorial-km.md it's a tutorial in Khmer language to make user who using Khmer easier to understand.

Good job in creating this PR 👍 Sadly this is not the right project... PyFPDF is not maintained anymore, I don't manage it, and it has no multi-languages tutorial.

As I mentioned in https://github.com/PyFPDF/fpdf2/issues/267#issuecomment-1573941971, you want to create your PR against https://github.com/PyfPDF/fpdf2
