Dev: Morning Offset Hub gets turn on and off constantly #199

I observed today morning during offset, that the Hub gets repeatedly set to output limit = 0 whilst there is not enough Solar Power from the direct panels and at the same time still "regular" demand in the house ongoing.

I have the same observation also in the evening offset. My hunch would be that this coincides with the direct connected panels. Once the panels dropped below 1W each it became stable.

Issue appears resolved with fix
