Exclude some stuff from coverage report #171

Exclude the following from coverage report:

Perf - Doesn't make sense to test perf tests.
Configurations - These should be indirectly tested in integration tests.

Let's wait for coverall and see if the changes are working if okay to merge.

Coverage increased (+10.4%) to 85.733% when pulling 428154a1c544525e74312c0432d9ce469b0eaac7 on scottmo/excludeCoverage into 45d2fe7e23dc66affa4dec15f7ce277a7c7bc031 on master.
