Show secret button #6

Fixes https://github.com/reInteractive/snap-secret/issues/3

Adds a DecryptedSecrets controller which handles the request to decrypt a secret. Now the SecretsController#show view shows a button to decrypt the secret, and won't delete the encrypted_secret until it has been viewed.
