Add thread to Sphere holder #6

@InchoateArtichoke : Can you attach the tube fitting to the resin-printed sphere holder or will we need to come up with another solution / reorder that part?

Tube fitting can be used to tap threads into the sphere holder, with the caveat that it is difficult to align it head-on. Adding threads would be nice, but is definitely not a priority.
