Allow Android Design Preview to display image files from the host on the phone

In addition to displaying a live portion of your PC's screen on the phone, it 
would be nice to have the ability to display images saved on your PC on the 
phone's screen.

This could be useful for newer phones (or tablets) with screen resolutions that 
might match or exceed what people have on their desktop (e.g. Galaxy Nexus has 
720x1280px).

Of course you'd still need to save the images first rather than just having a 
live view of PhotoShop or whatever, but at least you'll still cut out the step 
of emailing/transferring the files to the phone.
