Fix "green button menu" / configuration screen and enable Play/Pause button #22

Added tv.inputdevice privilege to TizenTube app and registerKey for green button. Fix charCode & keyCode mixups in /mods/ui.js and corrected keyCode for "OK" button.

Enabled the Play/Pause button as well.
