Add AP-DISC possibility #2

In the C182s i added a keybind for AP-DISC for quick disconnect of the AP. I think the infrastructure would be useful here too, regardless wether the plane uses it or not. The triggering property is autopilot/kap140/settings/ap-disc

Maybe add to the readme an example to assign a keybind (i chose shift-C so it can be easily remembered)
