Idea: support different models #9

Some things are dependent on model revision. Wouldn't it be cool to be able to define the model revision, so for example the AP-activation can be simulated different for older planes?

I use the Manual from 3, November 2005 to model this KAP140: This revision changes CW to CCW on page 116.

Changes in the past was Revision 2, May 2002: This revision makes some of the changes for software version 03/01 more consistent throughout the Pilot’s Guide. The affected pages are 9, 12, 13, 55, 58, 83, 86 and 109.

So this KAP140 simulate software version 03/01. Only thing i know is the the 0.25sec delay at engaging the AP. I dont know if there was more. If it was only the 0.25sec delay, it is simple to deactivate it.

I think you could also activate it by pressing the HDG button in the older reversion.

I searched now the manual to find differences.

Thats the differences i could find in the manual. If i have spare time i will look if it is simple to implement it.

That would be awesome for completeness' sake! But no rush.

I'm just not sure if Heiko wants this older revision for his C182s because thats also an older model (1996).
