Clean up autocompletion data #25

Street/road names included that shouldn't be ("1-tie")
Figure out what exactly is going on with finnish/swedish names

Some data is still in the index that probably shouldn't be ("1-tie", etc. are tagged as residential, which is a tag we want to keep. To get rid of them, we would need to explicitly exclude them by name. Maybe we can do that later).
