Add support for ignore files #101

Sometimes, we have many and/pr big files in the same directory as our LaTeX document. In such cases, compilation is slowed down by copying all those files into the tmp directory.

We want to be able to exclude files manually from ltx2any runs.

Unclear what I intended back then. -i already exists (cf #35); issue #115 contains a more elaborate proposal.
