Make check interval of daemon mode a parameter #18

Currently, both the file change listener and The Loop of daemon mode use a hard-coded interval of 0.5s. Make this a parameter; for small jobs and powerful machines smaller intervals may make sense, for larger jobs or weaker machines a larger.

Can't change latency on a running listener, so changing the new parameter in daemon prompt is not working right now.
