New target: pandoc #20

Justify the name of the tool and create a target that actually support output formats other than PDF!

Engine is now there. Still need to find a good way to pass parameters to pandoc, such as metadata/stylesheet for EPUB. Maybe issue #25 will solve that; tentatively closing this issue.
