When waiting for changes, allow [options] + ENTER to trigger rebuilding with these options (forget afterwards).

When implementing this "active" wait, change from CTRL+c for shutdown to q+ENTER (or similar).

Persistent changes have been implemented. May add "once" changes as well as using keys and codes.
