Complete install local version #16

According to the docs, this is valid:

sdk install groovy 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT /path/to/groovy-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT

This was missed (because it's not in the output of sdk). Add completion of files (ideally: directories) as fourth parameter to install.
