Current support level on dev: 5.11.0

Check the changelog and see if there's something to be done.

Going through the changelog, here is what we've missed:

~~sdk completion~~ -- removed in 5.11.5
sdk flush no longer has arguments archives and broadcast (and it's temp, not tmp)
sdk broadcast -- removed in 5.17.0

There now is sdkman/sdkman-cli:contrib/completion/bash/sdk; we should give it a glimpse and check for any inconsistencies.
