MinimOSD firmware/bootloader missing #744

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't update firmware, can't connect to Config software
2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MinimOSD v1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

It look like arrived without any firmware/bootloader flashed.
I've tried to flash bootloader with Arduino 1.0 and it worked, PC software was 
able to flash firmware and OSD came to live, but it overwrites the bootlaoder 
and I can't connect/configure the OSD anymore. (even can't update firmware 
anymore)
I am looking for proper bootloader and fuses to set for success install.
Please help ASAP.
