Values not matching under different configuration panels on MP 1.2.11 #751

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Mission Planer 1.2.11 (Ardcuopter firmware)
2. Go to Configuration TAB
3. Arducopter Config pannel -> Change STAB P (for example) and SAVE new value
4. Arducopter PIDs pannel 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We should se the saved value from the Arducopter Config pannel, instead we see 
the previous values (when the parameters where loaded), because the parameters 
are not refreshed even if you hit refresh button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
