Channel Reassignment (PPM mode) #822

Hello Devs,

I have a JR 9303 radio, Frsky modules attached to APM in PPM mode.  Due to the 
channel assignments being different, I would like to be able to reassign 
channels 1-4 in APM to match my radio.  

I don't think there is existing capability for this since there aren't 
"RC1_FUNCTION" (thru RC4) defined in the Advanced Params list.

Alternately, could the ArduPPM firmware be updated to accomplish this?
