emacs 27.2 not available yet #140

Hi, I would love to have emacs 27.2 available via evm -- I need it to run tests for a package of mine.

Yes, seems I forgot to add it. Will do so.

I released without CI running, since I lack admin permission on the travis-ci.org project to migrate it to travis-ci.com. Perhaps @rejeep can do it, or if I get time I'll migrate to GitHub Actions at some point.
