App crash on service stop (example app) #220

Closing (not minimizing) the example app after starting the service and then stopping the service after relaunching the app crashes the app on both debug and release builds.

The following trace is thrown: android.app.RemoteServiceException: Context.startForegroundService() did not then call Service.startForeground() at android.app.ActivityThread$H.handleMessage(ActivityThread.java:1792) at android.os.Handler.dispatchMessage(Handler.java:106)
