Flutter version 2.5.1 Kotlin version 1.3.50 Dart version 2.14.2 Android Studio (version 2020.3)

This problem is from Kotlin trailing comma Change Kotlin version after 1.4 (ex. 1.4.30),

Exacto, es la ultima coma. Yo la elimine y se soluciono el problema.
