Race condition on storing User Test data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a user test in browser X
2. Look at your results table
3. Refresh and suffer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the user agent I'm testing with within a minute or so.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I think there's a race condition on the task queues, whereby data won't show up 
until the UserAgent task queue has run.
