UA is incorrect for IE 8.0 (running in IE 7 mode) #288

IE 7.0 is not Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; 
chromeframe; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET 
CLR 3.0.04506.648; OfficeLiveConnector.1.3; OfficeLivePatch.0.0; .NET CLR 
3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; MS-RTC LM 8; .NET4.0C; 
.NET4.0E),gzip(gfe),gzip(gfe)

I know yall have checks for this in your code, but I think something is borked 
because Browserscope isn't picking up that I am using IE8 in compat mode.
