sebms_precip_temp_2015 not documented #7

I was looking for ways of filtering data that are pulled from the package such as non-2015 precip data but the function is not documented and it is just defined for 2015. Possible to put yr as a parameter instead? Or other filtering solution

I have updated the docs for the new function sebms_precip_temp_plot and added usage examples to the Vignette to show how to use that function to make a plot with custom data - both a minimal example and one showing how to use the arguments. Will be in next version.
