Upvoting and Downvoting #15

This is crowd-sourced, so not everything is perfect. Allow people to upvote and downvote tasks. So if an image doesn't belong, say after 5 or 10 downvotes, it can get booted back out to the sort stack. If an image gets upvoted, it is recognised for its quality and should be prioritised for masking.

Likewise, if a mask is done, but isn't great quality, it should get downvoted. After x amount of downvotes, the image gets booted back to the stack and is marked as unmasked.

What ruby version and what rails version are you using for this?

@hassanshaikley The Gemfile states both the Ruby and Rails version. Currently 2.1.5, and 4.2.1 respectively. But will be updated in soon to come pushes to the site. For what its worth, this particular issue is technically closed, even though the code isn't currently on the main website.

Ah! my bad. Haha I was running a different rails project, and got it confused with this.
