Free items in stores #41

Sometimes items (often binoculars) appear in shop inventories as free items, and these items often appear duplicated as well. 20221222203714_1

Are those RHS binoculars? I think that is a non-item base class being sold. This may get automatically fixed in my next PR related to fixing surplus shops.

Yes, they are. RHS binoculars have always been very buggy in Overthrow. They have numerous duplication glitches as well. Last time I saw a duplication glitch related to them, simply storing them in a warehouse would cause item duplication.

This may be fixed in #43 but I'm not sure.

Though slightly better now (base class is gone), issue persists after merging #43 20221225192109_1
