These files are generated at build time and should not be in the source repository. They are also outdated.

overthrow_main.pbo is generated by whatever packing software you use, such as pboman3 or AddonBuilder.
texHeaders.bin is generated by AddonBuilder when the pbo is binarized, or it is not used if pbo is not binarized.
