Currently Overthrow ships with its own Malden flag, which is kind of boring three stripes flag:
There are some established Malden flags in different mods. We could ask for permission to use them in Overthrow.
For example, this flag is used at least in Cold War Rearmed 2 - Malden Defence Forces mod for Arma 2 and the popular Malden Defense Force 2035 mod for Arma 3 (look at the arm patches on the police):
And this is my favorite, from the equally popular Malden Armed Forces mod:
