IPFS dataset #43

To be able to use the IPFS dataset we need to translate it in a way that can be used with our simulation. To this end, I extract all the CIDs, and its frequency. The bytes_returned shows the content size. In some cases, the bytes_returned differs for the same CID, so I pick the average.

This dataset is only from one gateway over 24 hours.
