Add note to readme regarding utilities for use with the exFAT kernel driver. #153

Now that Linux has a mainline exFAT kernel driver it's probably a good idea to point out in the readme where the corresponding userspace utilities for that driver can be found so that users don't accidentally use the fuse version with it.

It's a good idea to mention other implementations. But

If you are using the exFAT kernel driver you should use [exfatprogs][14] instead of exfat-utils.

why? Any exFAT driver should work with any implementation of utilities.
