Update repository when bipm-data-outcomes is updated #18

As per https://github.com/metanorma/bipm-si-brochure/issues/178,

we need to update this repository once https://github.com/metanorma/bipm-data-outcomes/issues/14 is updated to obtain the CIPM meeting data for 4, 43 and 51 meetings.
