Nor ISO 19112. The issue is that item_ref(), doc.at("//nav[contains(@class, 'heading-condensed')]/h1")&.text, is returning nil.

There was an issue with the iso.org site. It works now. I'll add handling this error in the next release.

The ISO site was down for 2 days. We must add error handling for all Relaton flavor gems (probably as common code).
