Support new ISO “WD Study” stage #125

There is a new thing called the “WD Study” stage.

———— End of November, ISO will launch a new type of WG consultation called the ‘Working Draft (WD) study’. The ‘Working Draft (WD) study’ is common practice during the ‘Preparatory stage’ of a project and aimed at gathering comments from WG members on the draft (stage 20.20 and 20.60 in the International harmonized stage codes). Typically, once the project team has collaboratively worked to establish a mature draft, the WG convenor launches the ‘Working Draft (WD) study’ to gather WG members comments. At the closure of the study, those comments are resolved, and resolutions are shared with the group for transparency.

Note: Ad-hoc WG Consultation will still be available for WG convenor and support team to gather opinion from WG members.

How are WG members impacted? As of December 2022, all consultations with WG members for commenting on working drafts will be organized by convenors with WD study via the ISO Balloting application. As WG member, you will receive a notification to inform you that your comments are expected on the draft.

Please do not hesitate to contact helpdesk@iso.org for further information. ————

We probably need to also update pubid-iso for this.
