What's going on here?

Happens at https://github.com/metanorma/mn-samples-ieee-private

[relaton] ERROR: ISO 10303-11 -- undefined method `text' for nil:NilClass

        workgroup = wg_link.text.split "/"
                           ^^^^^

@ronaldtse this issue is fixed in the last relaton version
