Fetching "ISO Guide" documents #49

ISO documents also include "Guides", e.g.

For these guides, they are also publicly available for free, so there is a access link for them. We will want to add this link to the fetched entry:

@ronaldtse what type should we use for the links? Maybe pub? The ISO Guide 82:2014 is available for free but ISO Guide 73:2009 isn't. Right?

There is a new type of link pub. The type contains a link to free publication.
