Relaton ISO now unable to find ISO documents

For example,

fetching ISO: ISO 19101-1...
WARNING: no match found online for ISO: ISO 19101-1:2014. The code must be exactly like it is on the standards website.
The provided document part may not exist, or the document may no longer be published in parts.

But ISO 19101-1:2014 is provided by https://www.iso.org/standard/59164.html.

@andrew2net can you:

[ ] please fix this
[ ] add specs (Whatever we have as specs are not enough to guard the situation.)
[ ] make a re-release
[ ] yank the broken gem

This is urgent. Thanks.

@ronaldtse can't reproduce this issue. I trayed versions 0.6.0, 0.6.1, 0.6.2.

@andrew2net you're right, I was using relaton gem 0.5.5. This is now fixed in geolexica.org https://github.com/ISO-TC211/geolexica.org/commit/d6719aba479c286f64162ae2dd73e1378e4ffc6f . Closing.
