Previously there was also FR language, but now it's gone. (maybe we should also add RU since it's now available)

@ronaldtse as I see metanorma-standoc uses an old version of relaton. Gemfile.lock has:

...
relaton (0.5.0)
...

The last version of relaton is 0.5.2. Please update relaton and try again.

I've pulled the latest relaton and cleaned out the VCR recordings in metanorma-standoc, and they validated with the existing Relaton XML; the only change is that a couple of references are now missing <uri type="obp">, which I've addressed. French is now back. As far as I'm concerned, this issue is addressed, now that I've done gem release.

If you want Russian added, that's a separate ticket.

And I remind you that expanding scope of this stack is the source of all unhappiness in the world, and should be avoided. :-/ The more this stack does, the more there is to go wrong...
