`ISO/IEC1234` should not be recognized #78

This should NOT be recognized for auto-fetch because the document identifier does not match the schema of the ISO document identifiers.

Incorrect:

* [[[ISOIEC1234,ISO/IEC1234]]]

Correct

* [[[ISOIEC1234,ISO/IEC 1234]]]
