Searching for the reference ISO/IEC 8824–1:1998 crashes Relaton due to:

The problem is the long-dash – character is used in the reference search rather than the "dash-hyphen" -.

@ronaldtse It doesn't crash for me (or I don't know how to reproduce the issue). But it saves files with a long-dash in their names. I'll add replacing log-dash in reference.

@andrew2net actually I got that crash in conjunction in Metanorma... Are you able to fetch the correct document? Let's see if this fix will fix it.

@ronaldtse, please try relaton v 1.0.2 and relaton-iso 1.0.2
