Specifically, this document does not appear to be in relaton. https://docs.ogc.org/is/18-062r2/18-062r2.html

@ronaldtse relaton-ogc imports data from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/opengeospatial/NamingAuthority/master/incubation/bibliography/bibliography.json It seems the source doesn't contain all the documents. For example, 18-062 doesn't exist in the dataset. Do we have another data source?

@ghobona I'm also not seeing OGC 08-134...

I have updated the credentials on the git commit. The entire catalog should now be updated and remain so.
