What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I download and install Babiloo from 
http://www.ivangarcia.org/babiloo/index.php?
option=com_content&task=view&id=5&Itemid=6
2. I go to the installation folder and run babiloo.jar
3. This shit doesn't launch and instead it opens a mobile phone software

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Babiloo 0.9, Windows XP Profesional [Versión 5.1.2600] Servicepack 2

How the hell did you download version 0.9 if we only have until 0.7 ? 

And which phone software are you talking about? Can you give us the exactly 
link you
download from ?
