Include binary bundles with GitHub releases #201

The separate Jing and Trang releases on the GoogleCode project's 'Downloads' page made it easy to get the right jars to just run either Jing or Trang.

GitHub releases are a snapshot of the project's repository, but it's possible to also include additional binary files with a release. The binary files are then made available alongside the source code bundles for the release.

Constantly providing current binary bundles would increase the distribution of jing and trang. Instead of downloading the old 2009 release!
