Once again this one convar is causing issues. Don't know why it is this one in particular.
Unlike before where setting "sv_bm_turn_slowdown" to "0" and restarting the map would disable movement, now it makes it seem like I'm walking on ice everywhere.
Setting it back to "1" and restarting once again fixes the issue.
Don't know what's wrong with that part of the addon.
The addon works great otherwise, just setting this one convar to "0" breaks the whole thing.
