Add skip feature to useSubscription #131

Sometimes we miss this feature and that is why we created our own hook with this feature.

@morrys do you think it makes sense to add it to library? If yes I can make PR.

Hi @aleksandrlat, it would be perfect if you can do a PR and explicit a use case 👍
