fix: dependency import defaultValidationRules #35

This fixes the dependency location issue as of latest versions of the Apollo extension.

Thanks all. The change looks good and seems to have been vetted by multiple people, so I'll go ahead and merge as-is (I’m currently not using this). I'll have to check again how I released this later tonight.
