Switch UI to bottom menu like Intercom has #106

This is a group of features that aim to turn the Receiver window into something much closer to the Intercom-style.

I'm not 100% sure how to attack this issue as far as what we want on the bottom, where the input field goes to send messages etc. The other P0's recommend completing this one first

Yea..discussed this more recently. Requires a major UI/code overhaul, and a UI/UX person. Other tickets will be first
