Add receiver to the Ethereum Boilerplate project.
Not sure if we should do an example/template project or if we should try to get Relay Receiver included in the Ethereum Boilerplate project itself.

Secondary Item (maybe should be its own issue)

A developer attempted to add Receiver to the boilerplate project and ran into some issues. The issues were resolved but it looks like there's still some styling problems. We should look into and resolve the styling problems.
